Eric D. Isom - Warehouse Operations Manager

Mr. Eric Isom, Sentry BioPharma Services' manager of warehouse operations, is recognized by his colleagues as a leader in the field of pharmaceutical cold storage, logistics and inventory management. Eric's primary functions at Sentry include maintaining the security and quality of client products throughout all phases of the shipping and storage process. This includes developing solutions to maintain various temperature ranges of a product during international and domestic transits. Eric achieves this by evaluating many different types of packaging configurations on the market, the logistics process and the entire supply chain solution to meet the client's needs.
Eric focuses on maintaining a superior facility by ensuring that standard operating procedures are of the highest quality. He oversees receiving, shipping, storage and handling of all products coming through Sentry's facility. Eric strives to meet our client's requests with the highest quality as well as ensuring that the applicable regulatory guidelines are met. Mr. Isom is frequently involved in industry activities and often presents at domestic and international conferences.
Prior to joining Sentry, Eric held a leadership position at Baxter Pharmaceutical Solutions for eight years, during which time he served as the Distribution Manager. In this role, he was responsible for overseeing receipt and distribution of all client materials, integrating new ERP software and bar coding system and designing the flow of materials into and out of the warehouse. Working at Baxter allowed Eric to gain valuable knowledge in global distribution of pharmaceutical and biotechnology products and designing complete cold chain shipping solutions.
Eric received a B.A. degree in business management from Indiana State University and an Associates degree in law enforcement from Vincennes University.
